Shipping & Orders

Once you have placed your order, you should receive an email confirmation with your Order Id.

As Deliveries are handled by the courier company, and we do not have direct control over this process.Courier Company delivery timings🕗 are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM every day from Monday to Saturday. 🔐For security, deliveries are made with OTP verification🔢, and it’s essential to attend the delivery boy’s call📞.

We offer free delivery for prepaid payment. And for every COD, amount of ₹59 will be charged.

An Email containing your Tracking Id and details of the service provider is sent to you after the order is shipped. If you can’t find the tracking information in your email, or if you have any other questions related to tracking, reach out to us on  luxauriax@gmail.com or contact us on 7568970099. They will be glad to assist you and provide the necessary information.

If some part of your order is missing, it’s possible that it could have been sent in more than one parcel, due to the large size of your order. In this case, you will receive one dispatch email per parcel. If you have only received one dispatch email and haven’t received all of your items, please contact us within 7 days.

Kindly note that we work hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to update your order in time. Kindly note that we cannot guarantee that the change will be made as the order may have been already processed.

Gift wrap option is available for all products. An additional amount of ₹ 99 will be charged.

In case you receive a damaged product, please capture an unboxing video for evidence and reach out to us on luxauriax@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue ASAP. The Item Opening Full Video is most Needed to Claim Any Damage .🎥(Uncut Video without Pausing and must be fully visible on Video), Damage Claim is accepted only with 24-48 hours of order delivered.The claim amount will not be withdrawable, it will be 100% deposited in your refund wallet, which you can use to make future purchases from our website. We assure you that your next order will be received successfully and safely.Shiping Charges are not returnable. 

For custom products, a design preview is shared with the customer on their WhatsApp number. You must respond to the preview within 6 hours. If no response is received within this time, the final design will be printed as shown in the preview.

Yes, you can request corrections only once. Therefore, please provide all required changes together in a single message to avoid any errors in the final print.

 You refer your friend to our website using your referral link, and your friend logs in and purchases any item worth at least ₹399. Once the item is successfully received by your friend, you will get a wallet bonus of up to ₹200.

No, wallet balance cannot be withdrawn but can be used with coupons or for future purchases on the website.

Referral bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of credit. Self-referrals and fake accounts are strictly prohibited. Fraudulent activity may lead to wallet cancellation or permanent account blocking.

Yes, referral links do not expire unless disabled by admin. The admin reserves the right to modify, cancel, or revoke referral rewards at any time.

Returns & Exchange

We serve only exachange and replace products. If you want the clain of demage or defective procucts. The claim amount will not be withdrawable, it will be 100% deposited in your refund wallet, which you can use to make future purchases from our website. We assure you that your next order will be received successfully and safely.Shiping Charges are not returnable. 

You can only return items that are damaged/defective. You will need to inform us of any damages/defects within 2 days  of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement.

Reverse pickup is not available on any items, you will have to ship the item back to our address.

If Your Order is Returned due to following Reasons means Refund is Not Applicable ( Incorrect or Insufficient Address, Wrong Pincode, Address not Found, Wrong Phone Number, Not responding to Delivery Boy) and If you want Delivery Again means Shipping Charges as to be paid as applicable.

Replacement will be shipped after the original item has been received, subject to the following conditions:

1.The item(s) should be unused, unsoiled and unwashed.
2.The package should have the original packaging.

They should be returned within 7 days from the dispatch date.

Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted. No amount will be reimbursed in this case. If you want replace or exchange product  means Shipping Charges as to be paid as applicable. 

You can only exchange your item if it is damaged/defective within 2 days and receive a replacement of that exact product or another product of the same value. If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, the difference will have to be paid in advance.
